Hydration

Maintaining adequate hydration will help you concentrate and reach your peak performance. Most people need at least 64 oz (8 cups) of fluid each day. Physical activity, high fiber foods, exposure to heat, alcohol consumption, caffeine, illness, and some medications increase the amount of fluid your body needs.
