Alcohol Problems and Solutions - Developed and maintained by David J. Hanson, PhD, a professor in the Sociology Department of State University of New York, this site offers well-organized, interesting, and comprehensive alcohol information, including everything from fun facts to health effects.
U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Substance Abuse & Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) Office of Applied Studies - This report presents comprehensive statistics from the 2004 National Survey on Drug Use and Health (NSDUH). This survey represents the most current, primary source of information on the use of alcohol, illicit drugs, and tobacco by the civilian, non-institutionalized population of the United States aged 12 years old or older. The survey interviews approximately 67,500 persons each year.
